No. Skinny Café is owned and operated by an online entrepreneur, and should not be confused with any corporate site.
How can Skinny Café sell products at wholesale with free shipping?
We sell the products for the same price we pay direct from the manufacturer. We offer free shipping to our customers as a way to say thank you for your business.
Do you charge a membership fee?
No. There are no hidden fees when you order from Skinny Café!
Will I be billed for a monthly auto ship?
No. We don't participate in auto shipments.
What is the return policy?
We offer customers a 30 day return, from the date of the order, on all products sold. To initiate a refund, contact us via the chat window on our site, and a representative will help you with your return. Just be sure to contact us before the 30 day return window closes.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3PM EST ship same day; orders after 3PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders reach our customers within 5-7 days from the day the order is placed.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Tracking information is delivered 24-48 hrs after the order is placed, but can be delayed up to 72 hrs.
What are the advantages of having an account?
When you checkout at Skinny Café, you'll be prompted to create an account. The advantage of the account is faster checkouts in the future, tracking orders and viewing order history.
Where can I find detailed information about the product ingredients?
You can find more in-depth information by viewing the product's PDF or Brochure located on each product page. If a product does not have an accompanying PDF, please check back soon.
Can I take the products while taking medications?
Please consult with your physician if you are taking medications before trying our products. We will not recommend any products to potential customers who take medications and have not consulted with their doctor.
Does the 30 Day Guarantee cover existing distributors?
No. Existing distributors should order from their own back office. Existing distributors who order from Skinny Café are not eligible for a refund.
I just received my order, and one or more items is missing. Why?
If there are items missing from your order, they are on back order. Unfortunately, the warehouse does not inform us when a product is back ordered, and as such, we have no way of knowing when a particular item may be out of stock. The good news is most back orders are cleared in 2-3 days, and are a rare occurrence. Contact us via our chat window if you are missing item(s) in a recent order.
