To initiate a return, email us at: orders@skinnycafe.info and let the us know you will be returning your order. You must contact us within 45 days of the order being placed. You will be instructed on how and where to return your order for refund. Orders older than 45 days from inception cannot be returned.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the card used to place the original order within 1-2 business days.

Does the 30 Day Guarantee cover existing Xyngular distributors?
No. Xyngular distributors should order from their own back office. If an order placed through your back office needs to be returned, contact Xyngular at 801-756-8808.
